Introduction

A large number of microorganisms in circulating water is reproduced, and microorganisms directly or indirectly participate in the corrosion process, thereby reducing the service life of pipelines or equipment or causing potential safety hazards. In order to inhibit microbial contamination, bactericides and algaecides should be added to circulating water. There are many kinds of bactericides and algaecides. Sodium hypochlorite should be used as bactericide and algaecide.

CLS oxidizing bactericide dosing equipment mainly includes vertical storage tank, metering dosing system, safety system and control system. Vertical storage tank is equipped with liquid level switch and interlock with medicine pump to realize low liquid level stop and high and low liquid level alarm.

The side wall is installed in situ to display the magnetic turnover board level gauge. At the same time, the tank is equipped with liquid level switch and interlock with the dosing pump to realize low liquid level shutdown and high and low liquid level alarm. The storage tank is made of FRP material, which has better light avoidance and avoids the accelerated decomposition of sodium hypochlorite.
